 Company football championship is organized by GOLEM Sport Agency.
Playoff matching will have the 1st of each group playing vs. the 2nd of next group.
Equal teams:
In case of equal arrival on regular season the positions for the first round will be determinated by:
1- direct encounter
2- Goal difference
3- Highest number of marked goals
In case of equal points arrival of TWO teams (at the end of the regular season), therefore of further equal draw after the points in the play-off and the position in regular season, valutation to determinate final classification and therefore the team that will enter the semifinal will be:
1- direct encounter result ( there will be seen ALL direct disputed encounters and goals will be added without counting pitch factor home/away match)
2- best goal difference in regular season
3- highest numer of marked goals in regular season
In case of draw points arrival of THREE teams (at the end of the regular season) it will be checked only direct matches.
Final phase:
Semifinal: In case of draw at the end of the regulation time, it will be resourted to a single extra time of 5 minutes, without golden gol and without silver goal, in case of ulterior draw penalties will be applied.
Penalties
5 per team, in case of draw will be continued to the end, with the classic rule that the first who makes a mistake in corrispondence of an opposing goal is beaten.
It will not be possible to let the players who sit on the bench to throw if not after ALL titulars, goalkeeper included have thrown.
Art 2- INSCRIPTION
By Champions Chip rules players must all be employees of participating companies, sanction forfeit loss in case of claim. Organizing Board carries out inspections through players email addresses and/or with a confrontation with companies responsibles human resources or with the public relation offices of the involved companies.
There are not allowed players exchanges between companies with different denominations participating at the same Championship. A player will be able to play for a different Company only in case of having in fact gone to the new Company in terms of employee or adviser.
All enrolled players may continue to participate at the tournament with the belonging team even though no more employees of the Company itself.
Participants who adhere at the tournament authorize data publication (name and surname) inside the site dedicated at the tournament.
It will be requested from the companies who adhere to authorize the publication of logo/brand on the official site of the tournament. It will also be allowed to the enrolled companies the use of the logo/brand Champions' Chip and the use of the logo/brand Golem.
Art.3 MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
It is obligation of each team responsable to check the physical condition of the own players before tournament inscription. It is necessary for each player a pass health certificate to sport practice not agonistic (good health certificate) to practice football game. It is advisable that certificate be released by a specialist doctor after an accurate medical examination released by a sport medical center competent and within the national health service.
The missed health control and the consequent release of health certificate will relieve organizers from any civil and penal responsability .
Art. 4 - COMPETITION EXECUTION
The competition duration will be established in two times of 20 minutes non effective for the 5-a-side, each with a break not superior to two minutes.
A maximum of 20 players per team will be allowed to participate at the competitions and be included in the game list.
Art. 5- RENUNCIATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION
Teams cannot at any time ask for postponement or date/time variation of the scheduled matches. In case of impossibility to turn up on the pitch game teams are requested to advise organizers to allow them to transmit the renunciation at the opposing team, which will be exempted of turning up on the game pitch and will be free to use or not the pitch at the date and at the established time. Renunciation implies anyway 0-6.
A) Should a Company withdraw from the Championship or should it be suspended, all competitions previously played will have no value for the classification which is established without counting the outcome competition played by the withdrawned or suspended Company .
B) The Company that renounces for 4 times to a competition during championship is automatically excluded from the competition, the renunciation number is counted in all phases of the championship.
C) Should a Company withdraw from a championship or should it be suspended when there are 3 competitions or less to the conclusion, there will not be taken measures against the classification of which at the previous letter A in which case the Company is simply considerated renunciatory to the competitions still in calendar.
D) In all the expected cases Company undergoes besides the sanctions the loss of inscription amount.
Art:6- NON-APPEARANCE AT THE PITCH
The team which will not appear in the pitch game within 10 minutes of the established time for the begining of the competition will be considerated renunciatory and declared loser (3 to 0 or 6 to 0 during the second phase of the championship.
In case of competitions at direct elimination, team will be expelled from championship and the opposing will be through. Waiting time could be raised at discretion of competition Director or Organizer Board up to 20 minutes.
Art: 7- GAME SHIRTS
Each team is expected to present itself on pitch with same game shirts and numbered on the back.
Art: 8 DRESSING ROOM ADMINISTRATION
In the sport center it is not possible to guarantee a changing room for each team for all evening duration; in this case during the evening dressing rooms will be shared: after getting changed and ready to enter the game pitch it is requested from the team to put away all clothes on one side of the changing room leaving free the wall in front for the team which will come afterwards. It is therefore suggested to bring to the edge of the pitch a bag with precious property possessions and put them away under the central benches situated between the two pitch.
Furthermore we remind that the players, once enrolled at the tournament, lift up Golem Sport Agency Organization from whatever civil and penal responsability from injury to their health and damage to objects of their own property that could take place, before, during and after the competition, whether on the inside or at the outside of pitch games.
ART. 9 - REPARATION MARKET
Within and not further than the last day of the regular season it is possible to request insertion of a maximum of 5 players who will be able to be in the team from the next day. From the begining of the play-off , no insertion request of new players will be admitted in any way. The maximum numbers of players per team is 20.
ART. 10- TIME AND DATES CHANGES CALENDAR
Begining time, calendar days of championship, dates and time changes, for unchallengeable organizing reasons could undergo changes. The competition suspension is at the unchallengeable judgement of the Referee or the Organizer Commission.
ART:11- REFEREE
All competitions will be directed by official referees designated by Organizers. Maximum waiting time for Mr. Referee, is fixed on 20 minutes, after such duration companies by mutual consent will be able to decide to let superintend the competition a player of another team or if an Organization person should be present, drawing up before the competition an acceptance special form. On the contrary if an agreement between the two companies could not be reached to fix the recuperating date, the same will be fixed by the Organization.
ART. 12 - SPORTING JUDGE
Sporting Judge ( or disciplinary organ of first instance) decides at first instance on eventual claims and inflicts punishments to the players and directors in base of competition reports.
ART. 13- SANCTIONS AUTOMATISM
Player who is sent off from game pitch during a competition will automatically be suspended for a day to be paid in the first following match in which his own team participates, except further measures taken by the sporting judge.
ART 14 - SYSTEM OF CONSEQUENT SOSPENSIONS TO THE NUMBER OF YELLOW CARDS
A sospended player twice on the same competition is expelled and subjected to an automatically sospension of one day to be paid for in the next competition.
The directly sospended player will have to wait for the sporting judge decision who will sanction the suspension entity.
ART 15 - DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION AND SCORER CLASSIFICATION
Arbitral reports will be examinated by a special Disciplinary Commission who is allowed to deliberate the application of eventual special sanctions.
Scorer classification is drawned up on the base of notice board supplied by the referee to the Organization Responsable present on the pitch or to the installation manager. Verification of notice board correctness, and each eventual claim, must be made within and not further than 48 hours from the competition unrolling.
ART. 16 - VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR
Organization reserves the right to eliminate or not accept in the tournament teams that show violence towards opponents, referees, sporting center or staff present on the pitchs. |
